George was born in 1892 in Texas. In 1900 he was living with his parents George Plummer and Annie (Robinson) Plummer and 7 siblings in Travis County, Texas.^[1] George married Birdie Meeks in Travis County, Texas in 1908.^[2]

In 1920 George was living with wife Birdie, two children and a brother in Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.^[3] In 1930 George and Birdie were living with two sons in the household of his mother, Annie, in Austin, Texas where hew as working as a cook.^[4]

George passed away in 1956 in a hospital in Santa Barbara, California where he had lived for the past 15 years. George was survived by his wife Birdie, a daughter and brother. He was buried in the Santa Barbara Cemetery, with Masonic honors.^[5][6][7]
