Biography
Herbert was a tramway worker then tramway conductor for Blackpool Corporation. He then entered military service during WWI (Kings (Liverpool_ Regiment 7th Battalion) at Gallipoli (injured). After the war he died of influenza in North Wales during the epidemic age 44 years.
