Biography

Alfred 'Ernie' was born in May, 1894 in Goderich, Huron, Ontario. He was the son of Alfred Francis Picot and Alice Olive Spreadbury. As a young man, he came to Saskatchewan and did labor jobs. In 1921 he was living in Weyburn. He married Martha Kramm (nee Krebs). They spent many years living in Weyburn. In their later years, they separated. Ernie passed away in Weyburn in September 1961. He was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery in Weyburn.
