Biography
Isam Phillips is a part of US Black heritage.
Isam was born in 1891. His parents were Hampton Philips and Patsy King. He passed away in 1930.[1]
In the 1900 census Isham was the single son of Hamp Phillipps in Indian Springs, Wayne, North Carolina.[2]
