and a daughter Rachel, born November 20, 1798.

Daniel and his wife, who died September 28, 1831, are buried in St. John's churchyard, near Meyersville, Maryland.

Daniel was the s/o Johann Christian Adam Pfaffenberger.

He was the son of Adam [or Johann Christian] Poffenberger] (p. 405 History of Dauphin County). He and his wife, who died September 28, 1931, are buried in St. John's churchyard, near Myersville, Maryland. He followed the occupation of farming. His children were: William, born July 22, 1783; Jacob, born October 31, 1784 and went west; Catherine, born February 11, 1786; John, born September 20, 1788; a child born April 21, 1791; Elizabeth, born October 13, 1793; Rachel, born November 20, 1798.
