Charles was born 25 Sep 1867 on Saint Helena[1]. He was baptised 24 Nov 1867 at St Matthew's, son of Jacob and Jane Peters of Shark Valley.
2 Dec 1893 - 26 Yr old Farm Labourer, Bachelor Charles James Peters of Levelwood, married 31 Yr old Spinster, Bertha Adelaide George of Levelwood, at St Matthew's.
