Biography

Marie Joseph Perrier was daughter of Jacques Perrier and of Marie Geneviève Roy, who were established in Pointe-Claire. Her baptism has not been identified, her parents have multiple children who die as infants, all in Pointe-Claire. She is given around 60 years of age on her funeral in 1816.^[1]

Jacques Lantier married Marie Josephe Perier, daughter of Jacques Perier and Geneviève Roy, on 14 February 1774 in Pointe-Claire.^[2]

over 11 children from the marriage, multiple deaths in early life, 6 known to marry.^[1]

Marie J'te Perrier, wife of Jacques Lantier, died on 22 March 1816 and was buried on the 26th in St-Eustache, the record giving her around 60 years of age.^[3]
