Born May 23, 1934 in Grand Rapids, she was the daughter of Roland and Margaret (McGregor) Perrier. Peggy was a 1952 graduate of Greenway High School, attended Itasca Community College, and lived most of her life in the Grand Rapids area. She had been a meat wrapper for Miner's Piggly Wiggly, had been a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Grand Rapids and Mary Immaculate Catholic Church of Coleraine, and the Council of Catholic Women. Peggy loved to knit and loved animals, especially horses and dogs. Peggy and Kenneth Rondeau were married on October 20, 1956 in Bovey.
