Biography

Leon was born in 1861. He passed away in 1930. He may have been born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. His parents were Gedeon-Leon PERRIER et Domitille BERTRAND.

Obituary: Mr. Perrier was born at Ottawa, Ontario, March 23, 1881. He lived there until he was 25 years old, when he came to Eau Claire, where he was married and lived until 1909. He then moved to Draper, Wisconsin, where he resided until 1920, when he returned to this city, where he lived until his death. His first wife, Eleonor Gauthier died many years ago, and he was remarried in 1917. He is survived by his widow, who previous to her marriage to Mr. Perrier, was Mrs. Clara Bilodeau of Rice Lake; three sons: Oscar J. of St. Paul, MN and Leo L. Perrier of St. Paul, MN, and Hector Perrier of New York City; a daughter, Mrs. Forest Jones of Virginia, Minn.; a step-son, Harris Bilodeau of this city, and two step-daughters, Mrs. J. G. Ausman of Milwaukee, and Miss Eva Bilodeau of this city. ECL 19Apr1930.
