Biography

Alphonse Perret, the son of Jean Perret and Marie Morelle was born in St. Charles Parish. No record of his birth has been found yet, but he did have a sister named Marie that married Joseph Fossier in 1740 and in that record the mother's name is written as Anne Marie Morette.[1]

He married Marie Anne Pujeau on August 13, 1754 at St. Charles Borromeo in St. Charles Parish.[2]

Alphonse Perret died sometime before April 7, 1770 when his widow signed a marriage contract to remarry.[10]
