Tillie was born in 1896. She was the daughter of Hessel Perlman and Sarah Dolgin.[1] Her stepfather was Edward Dubrow.[2] She married Joseph Dolgin in 1918.[3] [Consanguineous marriage - exact degree of relationship between the two Dolgin families remains uncertain.]
The marriage ended before 1920.[2] Tillie remarried that year to Samuel H. Holland.[4] Their children:
