Biography

Philip Brent Perkins was born 4 September 1939 in Hoquiam, Grays Harbor, Washington, United States. ^[1]

He married (1) Carol Joan Bowen 18 March 1960 in Montesano, Grays Harbor ^[2] and they divorced in 1976. ^[3]

Philip and Carol had two children, both of whom are still living in 2020.

Philip married (2) Donna Loreen (McHugh) Soran 3 April 1977 in Grays Harbor. ^[4] They had no issue.

Donna died in 2015. ^[5]

Phillip died 21 October 2019 in Palm Springs, California. ^[6]
