Biography

Pierre was born in 1580. He passed away in 1687.

NOTE Francoise Prieur and Pierre Pepin have been disconnected from Guillaume Pépin dit Tranchemontagne as parents, there is no evidence anywhere on who Guillaume's parents were nor even which part of France he came from. Francoise Prieur et Pierre Pepin ont été détachés de Guillaume Pépin dit Tranchemontagne comme parents, il n'existe aucun document ni preuve nulle part à savoir qui étaient les parents de Guillaume ni même d'où en France il provenait.

Additionally, this man never came to New France, and certainly didn't die there in 1687 in Trois-Rivières.[1]
