Biography

Roy Grover Penny was born on 7 Sep 1925 in Brown County, Ohio to James Corbert Penny and Nola Mae Berry.

Roy was a veteran of WWII, serving in the US Coast Guard Reserves.

Roy never married and did not have any children.

He passed away on 10 Nov 1966 at Adams County Hospital in West Union, Adams County, Ohio. He was laid to rest at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Brown County, Ohio.
