Biography

Nicolo’ Pecoraro is a Corleone native resident, the son of Calogero Pecoraro and Concetta Arsena, who married in 1900. He is named after his paternal grandfather.

Nicolo' marries Anna lo Bue, daughter of Calogero lo Bue and Giovanna Lampo, on 14 April 1945 in Corleone.^[1]

Anna is the daughter of Don Calogero lo Bue, the Mafia boss of Corleone. He steps down from active leadership in 1945 and passes the Fratuzzi to Dr. Michele Navarra.

Nicolo' is named among the members of Navarra's cosca who attain civic leadership positions in Corleone briefly in 1961. They take over city council, with Nicolo' in one of the seats. He is appointed to serve as mayor.^[2] Anna's brothers also serve in the Fratuzzi.
