Paul married Leah Merry in Hartford on August 20, 1701.[8][9]

Paul's will of 1751 names his wife Leah, son Paul, daughter Elizabeth Webster, daughter Leah, son Elisha, son Cornelius, son Thomas, daughter Rachel and son Benjamin[10]
His son Paul Peck in his will of 1777 names brothers Benjamin, Thomas, Cornelius, Elisha, nephew Abjiah Peck, nephew Reuben Hibbard, sister Elizabeth Kellogg and Leah Bissell. [11]
