Obituary, Durant Weekly News, March 6, 1942 Mrs. Lillian Kemp, age 50, died Wednesday at her home in Kemp. The deceased was born February 25, 1892 in Caddo. Funeral services held Thursday at the Methodist Church in Kemp with burial in the Kemp Cemetery. Surviving are husband Henry Kemp, and her father, Dave Pearce. The Kemps raised two orphans, Jewel Robinson and Roger Shepherd.
