Ruby Payne was born in 1890 in Berrima, Colony of New South Wales, daughter of Eli Payne (1868–1947) and Emily Tooth (~1867–~1960).[1]
Ruby (21) married Cecil Raynor Taylor (24) (born about 1887 in Colony of New South Wales) in 1912 in Chatswood, New South Wales. Their daughter was Dorothy J Taylor (1914– ).
Ruby died in 1968 in St Leonards, New South Wales, Australia, aged 77.
