That's nice of you to say. My mother was an accomplished genealogist, working at a time before the internet. I have been endeavoring since she passed away in 2015 to add all of her research here, on findagrave and on Ancestry. It's grueling and I haven't made a dent, but I feel I have to honor he work.
Hi, It looks like you may have some outstanding merges that need attention. You can find them by following the link at the top of this page under >My Wikitree>Watchlist, then hit the button that says Pending Merges. If you need help, just ask.
You may also want to go through the new member help on How to manage your Watchlist.
Thanks for helping with Wikitree
Hi, Suzanne. Sorry to say I dont use This WIKI often so may not do this correctly, but just stumbled upon your entry and photo of RH Ingle. Wow! I am a descendent of his brother James Arthur Ingle. I keep my tree up to date on ancestry and would like like to take this photo and put it there. I would also like to look at what else you have discovered about Ingle further up. Once past Robert Levi it gets a little murky. I would love to know how and when and from where they came to America.
Thank you! I am going to visit the rest of your tree.
Wish you a Happy New Year. May 2018 bring you all you need to be happy.
Congratulation for adding your contributions in December. Whatever the quantity of your contributions, they all count. As we always say "Quality is better than quantity" to make a great family tree.
I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Also noticed you made 1548 contributions to Wikitree, thank you! Here at WikiTree we like to have our members involved with others; collaboration is key!
Why don't you also stop by the One Name Studies project, to see if there's already a name study for (surname) going on? The current leaders for that are Doug Lockwood and Alison Andrus. They would be happy to get you started.
WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we all work together as a BIG collaborative team!
You'll get an email from us that has helpful links to get you started on WikiTree, which is not like any other genealogy site out there.
When you confirm your email address, youll have an opportunity to volunteer and tell us about your genealogical interests.
What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research youd like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree? Fill in the tags and comments on your profile to show what you're researching? and click the "Save Tag(s) and Volunteer" button, and one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership, and youll be on your way!
