Velma (Paul) Beasley was born about 1916 in Louisiana, United States, daughter of William Henry Paul Jr. (abt. 1863–1929) and Caledonia (Raye) Paul (abt. 1877–aft. 1950).

In the 1920 census Velmer (age 4) was the daughter of William H Paul in Police Jury Ward 5, Webster, Louisiana.[1]

In the 1930 census Velma (age 14) was the niece of John Ray in Police Jury Ward 5, Webster, Louisiana, United States.[2]

In the 1940 census Velma (age 22) was the wife of Frederick L Ray in Cass, Texas.[3]

In the 1950 census Velma (age 34) was the wife of Joe B Beasley in Lima, Allen, Ohio, United States.[4]

Velma died before 1995 in Texas, United States, aged about 79.
