If this is your William G, it looks like he might have died before 1930. Your last email said that his first wife died prior to 1900 so this could be him. I tried to find him in Wisc in 1900 and 1910 but no luck.

I did the same for Wm. G. trying to find a plausible birth year for him, but his census records are limited and I have no marriage or death for him. I remember seeing a picture (snapshot) of "Uncle Will", no information on the picture. He was standing outside somewhere by himself, probably in his 40's - 50's.

1880, 15 Jun, age 19 (1861) - same year as Marion was b. - twins?? or another error.

William G. was 12 on the 1870 census, (b. ca 1858), doesn't make sense because he was not on the 1860 census and doesn't appear to be with any relative at that time, that I could find. 1880 census he is 19 (b. ca 1868). So there are two possible birth dates.
