Biography

Lucia Paternostro is born around 1819 in Corleone, based on her reported age at death. She is the daughter of Filippo Paternostro and Anna Maria Grizzaffi.

Lucia marries Leoluca Trumbatore, son of the late Giuseppe Trumbatore and Carmela Provenzano, on 21 November 1841. Filippo and Anna Maria are both living at this time.^[1]

Lucia and Leoluca have at least two children, Salvatore (c. 1854) and Carmela (c. 1862).

Salvatore is born around 1854, based on his reported age at marriage.

I estimate Carmela is born around 1862, twenty years before she marries.

Carmela marries Rocco Provenzano, a widower, on 4 September 1882. ^[2]

Lucia dies at 66 years of age (b. 1819) on 11 August 1885. She is survived by her husband, Leoluca.^[3]

Salvatore marries Lucia Streva on 6 March 1886.^[4][5]
