Forgot to add, the Edward Pascall who married in Great Mongeham (whom I mentioned in my message of 2019) had a son called Paule, who was later buried in St Mary the Virgin, Dover (the family church of Ralfe Pascall.) He also married a Parnell Clarke. (Note Ralfe's daughter also marries a Clarke (not 100% convinced he was Richard...).) Anyone who is looking for the Dover Pascall's are looking in the wrong place if they keep trying to attach Ralfe to Essex.
Please detach from alleged parents. See comment I have attached to Ralfe's alleged father.
John Paschall & Frances Bowyer did not marry until 1592 (after Ralfe's own marriage date!) he CANNOT be their son & I do not believe him to be from the Essex Paschall family at all. See below entry, research should be centred on Kent, where an answer could be found.
NO TRACE OF RALFE IN ESSEX. - I have gone through as many original images of Essex Parish Registers as I can & have found no trace of Ralfe. I do not believe he is of the Essex family. Pascalls are in Kent already, e.g. - 10 Oct 1568 Thomas Pascal m. Alys Wargrane in SHOLDEN. 19 Jan 1579 Edward Pascall m. Alice Ovenden in GT. MONGEHAM (Pascall kids in will of her father William.) 31 Jan 1586 Thomas Pascall buried St Peters SANDWICH. (All v. close to Dover) Another Pascall marries a Follet (unfortunately no 1st names) 13 Nov 1592 in St Marys Dover - same place as Ralfe's marriage & just 3 years later.

The biggest clue perhaps: https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C9676497 1530 - John Pascall of Sandwich, Kent, Mariner.
If this is your family look to Kent, not Essex.
Are you sure Ralfe was born and married in Dover, Kent, Delaware in America?
Dover wasn't established until 1683. Perhaps you have the century wrong, and he was born in 1662, married in 1689?
If you are sure of the date, perhaps his place of birth and marriage was Dover, Kent, England?
