About 1728, Benjamin and Deborah came to Pennsylvania , bringing with them their three young sons Francis, Thomas and Benjamin.[5] Deborah died shortly after their arrival. [4][2]
Francis settled for a time in New Garden, PA. Francis then moved to Chester, Pennsylvania about 1732 . [2]
On 3 Mo. (May) 2nd day, 1734 he married Eleanor, daughter of Michael Lightfoot, of New Garden, Pennsylvania.[2]

Francis was a Justice of Peace and represented Berks County in the Provincial Assembly.[2]
Frances and Eleanor moved about this time to Maiden Creek, Berks County, where he died on 7 Mo. (July) 6, 1767. ( This date is after the calendar change). [2]
Francis's will passed probate on 20 June 1767 in Berks, Pennsylvania, United States.[7]

Research Notes
According to family tradition, Francis Parvin was from Yorkshire, England and moved to Ballykilroe, County Westmeath, Ireland.[2] However, the Quaker birth records states that he was born in Ballykilroe.
