Based on newspaper announcement this GRO reference is the only one likely although it says she is Widow of John Williams rather than Widow and mother of John Williams but the date of death and age matches.
Alice's death (age 63) was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1868 in the Wrexham district.[6]
