Biography

Billie Jean Parker (alias used-White) [1]was born December 16, 1912,[2] in Texas, USA.

(She was accused and charged with the killings in Grapevine, TX of patrolmen Murphy and Wheeler. Tarrant County jail. She was later cleared of those murders and released. However, she served a sentence of one year and one day at the Alderson Prison in W. Virginia on harboring charges for helping Bonnie when she was burned. [3])

The 1940 US Census, Dallas, Texas, 2420 Inwood Road, reported that Jean Mace, age 27, female, white, born in Texas, Married, daughter of Emma, attended high school for 2 years and worked as a waitress. She lived in the household with 53 yr old, Emma Parker, her mother; Hubert Parker, 32, her brother; Vivian Parker, 20 (sister in law); and Lillie Smith 60, (her aunt)[4]

Billie Parker was married to Fred Mace, Sr.(reference: City of Dallas, Texas 1930 census) . They had, at least, two children :

  1. Fred Mace, Jr. born 26 Jun 1929 in Dallas; died 17 Oct 1933 in Dallas. [5]
  2. Jacqueline/Mitzie Mace, b. 27 Nov 1931, in Dallas; died 13 Oct 1933, in Dallas[6][7]

Billie married 2nd Troy Frazier, and then later married Arthur Bourland Moon[8]

Billie Jean Moon died 12 May 1993, in Henderson County, Texas[9] She is buried at Tool Cemetery, Tool, Henderson County, Texas, USA.
