William T. Parker was born on January 24, 1843 in Ware, Georgia, United States, son of Calvin Washington Green Parker (~1822–1893).

William had a brother, Joseph John Parker (1851–1909).

William married Charlotte Ricketson (born on February 3, 1850 in Coffee County, Georgia, USA).

William died on July 27, 1897 in Waycross, Ware, aged 54. He was buried in Lott Cemetery, Waycross, Ware County, Georgia.[1]
