Biography

Joseph Parish was born around 1810 in Arkesden, Essex, England.^[1][2]

While parents' names are not included on Joseph's Victorian death record (states 'Unknown'),^[2] according to Audrey Harrington, Joseph was the son of William Parish and Emma Parish (nee Andrews).^[3]

He married Elizabeth Saunders on 21 February 1829 at Arkesden, Essex.^[4] Their children were:
