Biography

Solomon Parent was born 1774, the son of Daniel Parent and Abigail Weeks, of Westchester County, NY^[1]

The family to New Brunswick along with the Loyalists in 1783^[1]

On November 5, 1795, he married Abigail Saunders, the daughter of Thomas and Olive Saunders and settled at Bear Island in Queensbury Parish, York County^{[1] [2]}. Their children included:
