Frances Robina (Paget) Glass was born on 27 Apr 1900 in Lower Windsor, Carleton County, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of Coles Ģeorge Paget (1873 - 1939) and Emma Elizabeth Shaw (1874 - 1943).

Frances died on 14 Feb 1988 in Hartland aged 87. She is buried in Coldstream Hillside Cemetery, Coldstream, New Brunswick.[1]
