Winifred Constance Hester Paget was born on November 2, 1881 to Lord Alexander Victor Paget and Hester Alice Stapleton-Cotton. [1]
She married 1) Charles Chetwynd-Talbot, styled Viscount Ingestre, MVO. Together they became the parents of Ursula Winifred Chetwynd-Talbot, Victoria Audrey Beatrice (Chetwynd-Talbot) Stanley Morris, John George Charles Henry Alton Alexander Chetwynd-Talbot.
