1853-p 432-1 Nove 1853. Above land sold to James R Jones (son of Prettyman Jones Sr) for $302, 4 shares only of the minor heirs Monroe Page, Erwine Page, Samuel Page and Malinda McIntire.

First tract whereon Jacob Page lived at time of his death and the same being undevid part of Monroe Page, Arwine Page, Samulel Page & Relina McIntire and sold by decree of County Court on 25 Oct 1852 & purchased by me for Three Hundred and Two dollars. Near Thomas Smith's line. 12 Dec 1853.
