Biography

Roxie A. Pack was born 23 April 1885 in Summers County West Virginia.[1] She was the daughter of James Harrison Pack and Martha Jane Cooper.

She married Joseph Henry Breeden in 1906 Raleigh County, West Virginia.[2]
