Biography

Vallice Owsley is a part of US Black heritage.

Vallice was born in 1891. He was the son of George Owsley and Jennie Dunn. He passed away in 1972.

In 1900, Vallice was one of seven children in the home of George and Jane Owsley in Standford, Kentucky.[1]

Vallice enlisted in the Army in 1912 and would serve until 1943. At the time of his discharge he was a master sergeant with Company C in the 25th Infantry.[2]

In 1930, Vallice and Rafaela were living on Bostwick in Nogales, Arizona with three children: Helen (4), Vallice (2) and infant William. Vallice was a soldier in the US Army.[3]

Vallice L Ousley (age 42) married Rafaela Bufanda on 5 July 1936 in Arizona, USA, Santa Cruz.[4]
