Biography
Dock Outlaw is a part of US Black heritage.
Dock was born about 1869 in North Carolina. He was the son of David Outlaw and Marinda Price.
In 1870 and 1880 Dock was living with his parents in Wolfscrape, Duplin County, North Carolina.[1][2]
Dock married Leila Williams in 1897 in Wayne County, North Carolina.[3] In 1910 Dock and Leila were living with three children in Goldsboro, Wayne County, North Carolina.[4]
He passed away in 1916 in Goldsboro, Wayne County, North Carolina. [5]
