Biography

Tom O'Neill was born in Phillipsburg, KS. At the age of 18 he married. At age 26 he moved to Denver, CO and proceeded in his career to live in California, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, Kentucky, Connecticut, and New York. He owned and operated a portrait and wedding photography business and became a professional manager and director for major companies throughout his career. His first marriage ended in a divorce. He has been married to his second spouse for over 30 years.

His father was Donald Lee O'Neill a farmer in Phillips county. The O'Neill family and the Morton family (Don's mothers maiden name) were early settlers in Phillips county and in Harlan County Nebraska. His mother's ancestors were Rucinski and Chichaki families with ancestral roots in Poland.
