Biography
Ella was born 8 June 1860 in Charleston, South Carolina.[1] She was the daughter of John Francis O'Neill and Mary Ann Kelly.
She married Ashley Cowen Tobias Sr. in July 1885 in Charleston.[2]
Ella died on 1 July 1932 in Charleston,[3] and she is buried there in the Saint Lawrence Cemetery.[4]
