WHEREAS an advertisement appeared in the Albury Banner of the 4th instant, signed "JAMES O'NEIL," I, as one of the Executors to the Will of the late Daniel O'Neil, certify that, according to the said Will, there is no claim upon the Mundawadra Estate, the property of Charles Edghill, Esq., and Jane Alicia O'Neil. The legacy left the said James O'Neil is waiting for him at the office of G. T. Fleming, Esq., Albury, to be paid over to him upon complying with the conditions of the said Will.
