Wilber O'Neal was born 5 May 1881. He was the son of James O'Neal and Virginia Fogleman.

He passed away in 1924. ^{[1] [2]}

Research Note

Although FindAGrave has his birth date as 6 May 1883, there are no records in his lifetime that support that birth date. Some of the census records have an estimate of 1882 but his World War I Draft Registration give 5 May 1881 and now FindAGrave has entered a note on his memorial giving that source and date. His death record also gives 5 May 1881.
