Lavinia was born about 1836. She was the daughter of Thomas Noy and Ann Williams.
Thomas Noy, a gardener aged 44 and his family, wife Ann (44), children Mary Noy (17) Domestic Servant, Lavinia (15) Domestic Servant, Elizabeth Noy (14) Domestic Servant, William Noy (12), Eliza Noy (10) and Sarah Noy (2) emigrated from Cornwall, departing Plymouth, England on board the vessel Prince Alfred and arrived in Melbourne, Australia on 17 February 1854. In 1909 Sarah Noy (Costumiere) and Lavinia Noy (Costumiere) lived at 102 High St, Prahran, Victoria. [3]
In 1912 Sarah Noy (Costumiere) and Lavinia Noy (Costumiere) lived at 10 Porter Street, Prahran, Victoria. [4]
She passed away in 1922 and was buried at the Cheltenham Pioneer Cemetery. [5]
