Thank you so much for info on the Mortimer Moseley site. I have been looking for my grandparents side of my family for three years and hit a bump at this name.
Hi Dan, feel free to make the changes you suggested for Merleberge-1, Merleberge-2, and Whitney-982. I do not have pre-1500 certification and can not make the slightest change to the profiles. Even to fix errors. If you're not pre-1500 certified yourself, feel free to suggest these changes in the G2G forums by all means! Thanks for your interest in these profiles!
Thanks very much for the facts about Adalbert de Grandison (Grandison-20 ) !! Very interesting. I'll have to see if someone in the G2G forum can add these to his profile officially, as I am not certified for pre-1500 editing.
Thanks Dan for the comments on the early Spanish royal profiles and the condadodecastilla source. I'll update the profiles and complete the suggested merges as soon as I possibly can.
My ggf Petter Gundersen and his family including my gf Gunnerius emigrated to US in 1874. They were Norums at the farm as well. The children became Pedersen or Pettersen with the same Norum last name but all decided to take the name Gunderson in the American way.
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
