Shirley Mae Norris was born on 3 May 1950 in McLennan County, Texas, United States. She was the daughter of Dale Cecil Norris (1908-1973) and Bertha Ellen (Nutt) Norris (1914–2004).^[1][2]

Shirley was married and was the mother of at least four children. All these family members are presumed to be living at this time.^[2]

Shirley Mae Norris died on 27 September 2020 in Waco, McLennan County, aged 70. She was buried in Waco Memorial Park, Robinson, McLennan County, Texas.^[2][3]
