Anna was born in 1930. She was the daughter of Peter Noll and Alma Rostad. She passed away in 2016.
"Anna was born October 8, 1930 in Roundup, Montana. the daughter of Peter and Alma (Rostad) Noll. Following the death of her mother she was raised by her grandparents Bernt and Anna Rostad. She attended grade school at Flatwillow and graduated from Winnett High School in 1948. Many of her school mates have remained her best friends most of her life. On November 1, 1957 she was united in marriage to Bud T. Shaw in Billings. They lived and raised their two boys, Orval Duane and Brett Henry, on their ranch at Mosby. Anna enjoyed sewing and knitting and she sewed wedding dresses for her two nieces and made quilts, sweaters and afghans for her family. Bud passed away in 2002 and she continued to live on the ranch with her sons until the time of her death.
Anna enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and reading, but being “Grandma Annie” was by far her biggest joy, to grandsons Ryan, Grant, Connor and Buddy and granddaughter Katie, and great grandma to Carly, Logan and Chloe.
Annie is survived by her two sons: Orval D. (Jolene) and Brett H. both of Mosby; grandchildren Ryan (Jess), Grant (Bonnie), Connor, Buddy and Katie (Jason Fry); great grandchildren Carly, Logan and Chloe and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters."
