Marie Catherine Miot, native of the Alibamons post, daughter of Andre Miot, habitant of the Mobile area, and of Marie Angelique Girard.
Witnesses named: the father and mother of the bride; Henry de Louboey, chevalier of St. Louis, lieutenant and commandant in the department (of Mobile); Jacques Annibal Develle, captain of a detached Marine company and aide-major of the post (of Mobile).
1. St. Benoit Parish in Paris was not found in the Michelin Green Guide to Paris, 1967-1968 edition.
2. In 1725, his wife was Marie (Modhui?) de St. Simon. Mob. bb I:59.
3. Possibly Gilbert Minard, sergeant, who died in 1754. He was the son of Claude Minard and Claudine Devau, of Moulin, department of Alliers. Deville, G C C, 50.
