Research Notes
In 1830 on Tithe Applotment List there was a David Nesbitt at Lisnod and both a James and a Robert Nesbitt at Ballymacbrennan. Are either of these him? If he was Robert it fits in with naming patterns for both his grandsons through Eliza Jane and William. Other possibilities: The will of a David Nesbit of Lisnod was probated on 19 October 1833. The will was valued at £85 but the names of the executors are obscured by an inkblot (or burn?). A William Nesbit (or Nisbet) of Drumbo left a will that went to probate in 1814. A McCutcheon Nesbitt of Creevy, Drumbo left property of £26 in a will which went to probate on 5 January 1839 (executors were James Graham and John McKee).
