Jane was born in 1766.
Three daughters of Col. Thomas Neel Junior sold 404 Acres of land in York County, in Jan 1786, to David Johnston[1]:
- James Hawthorn & Mary (Neel) Hawthorn
- Moses Shelby Jr. & Elizabeth (Neel) Shelby
- Robert Templin Leeper Jr & Jane (Neel) Leeper
She passed away in 1850.
