Biography

Margaret was born in 1740.

Margaret Mudie married Archibald Leighton on the 31st October 1761 in Dundee, Angus, Scotland.[1]

She passed away on 12th March 1780 according to the London Sandemanian church records. She was in childbirth, aged 40.

Membership of the Sandemanian Church

Margaret was a member of the Sandemanian Church

Margaret was admitted into membership of the London Sandemanian Church in 1778 according to the membership records. The records state that Margaret Leighton from Scotland dec'd March 12 1780. [2]. Her husband became a member at the same time.
