Willie Mourning was born in Apr 1878 in Texas, United States, daughter of Wilson Mourning and Martha Mitchell.

She married Spencer Beasley on 14 Feb 1895 in Houston County, Texas.^[1]

She died before the 1940 census was enumerated as Spencer was recorded as widowed. She is believed to be buried in Meriwether Cemetery, Grapeland, Texas.^{[2] [3]}

Research Notes

There are two daughters, Louise and Bessy, that appear in only the 1920 census even though they were supposedly born before 1910. I found 1910 and 1930 census records for Willie and her family.
