Marriage 2 Marie Motte, veuve de Luno, & Ardouin Merlet de la Boulais, fils d'Ardouin Merlet et de Marie Barbion, de la paroisse de Notre-Dame de Chemille en Anjou, sergent des troupes de la colonie; 8 May 1758, Berthierville (Berthier-en-Haut); aucun enfant de ce mariage.[3]

Marie Liesse Motte meurt le 22 jan 1784 à St-Cuthbert, sépulture le 24 à Berthierville (Berthier-en-Haut), on lui donne 72 ans.[4]

Ardouin Merlet meurt à son tour le 12 avril 1795, sépulture le 14 à Berthierville (Berthier-en-Haut), on lui donne 63 ans sur l'acte[5]
