Biography
Dorothye Motte, d/o John, was baptized 11 Dec 1606 at Shalford, Essex, England.[1]
John Talcott married, by about 1625, Dorothy Mott, daughter of John and Alice (Harington) Mott.[2]
John and Dorothy (Mott) Talcott came to Massachusetts Bay "on the ship Lyon, with Rev Hooker's company, landing at Boston 16 Sept 1632". [2]
They had 3 children: John b 1630, Mary (Talcott) Russell b 1625 , & Samuel.
John Winthrop Jr. treated her for sciatica on 30 November 1658 and for swollen legs on 19 April 1660. He treated her 7 September 1667 for ague. She was living 1 June 1669 when he gave her something for breathing and swelling. She died at Hartford in February 1669/70.
Will of Mrs Dorothy Talcott, widow of Hartford dated 22 Sep 1669, inventory taken 28 Feb 1669/70 - " ... bequeath unto my sonne Samuel Tallcott ...to my sonne John Talcott ..."
Research Notes
It is possible that Dorothy's sister-in-law, Rebecca (Farrand) Throckmorton, and her husband John, was also on the ship Lion? (Rebecca's brother Frances Farrand married Dorothy's sister Francis Mott. Both families are recorded in New England in the 1630s. A "George" Throckmorton is listed as a passenger on the Lion, and it has been debated whether the (notoriously inaccurate) ship list was intended for John Throckmorton - especially since there are further records for John, and no further record for George.)

Unknown-196839 and Mott-34 appear to represent the same person because: See the profile comments here and here; narrative content on Unknown-196839, for "There was no Worshipfull. She should be merged with Dorothy."
book Lamont- Eldridge family records pub 1948 stated that John Mott and wife Alice Harrington had 9 children (Samuel left out) and that John Mott was of Shalford, Essex. So I searched on familyseach.org and came up with the christening of 9 children. see post below.

Mott-794 and Mott-34 appear to represent the same person because: while the dates are slightly different, the husband named on Mott-794 is the same as attached to -34. The family search source https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:S1VZ-4HC indicates they are the same person

Thank you. are you able to confirm that you mean, "Dorothy .. 11 Dec 1606" (not 11 Dec 1608)?
Source referenced on the profile seems to be an IGI or indexed-only record. Has anyone seen the register? --Gene
